Guest policies

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is before 12:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception.

Extra Person Policy

Our rooms have a maximum capacity of three, 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years old. A surcharge will be applied for any extra person (including children) not included in the booking.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas. This applies to all tobacco products and electronic smoking devices. Smoking areas are clearly signposted throughout Nham Village. Failure to comply will result in a 3,000,000 VND fine.

Personal Items & Valuables

Nham Village cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, misplacement or damage of any personal items and valuables left in the room. Each room has an in-room safe which we recommend guests use.  When leaving the room, guests are expected to ensure that any windows are closed and that the room door is securely locked.

Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property, including for loss or damage caused by visitors or any other person in their party.

PETS

Pets are not accepted at Nham Village.
