Rates shown on the website are indicative only, including VAT and are subject to change any time with or without prior notice. All rates include breakfast. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Children under 6 years stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents
• Children from 6 to 11 years old sharing a bed with parents will be charged 350.000 VND/ night
• Children from 6 to 11 years old using an extra bed will be charged 1.150.000 VND/night
• Children above 11 years old are considered as adults

• Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is guaranteed when the resort receives a deposit between 30% and 50% of the total payment, the rest of the payment must be done at least 7 days before the date of arrival.
• In case of a reservation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the customer will pay the entire amount as soon as the reservation has been confirmed.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or bank card via a terminal or a secure online payment system.

The customer will be responsible for all bank transfer related charges.

Cancellation from the customer
In all events except those designated as natural disasters, the following penalties will apply to the customer:

• 50% of the total payment will be made if cancellation is made 14 to 8 days prior to the estimated arrival date stated in the booking confirmation
• 100% of the total payment if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the estimated arrival date stated in the booking confirmation & in case of no show.

*This policy does not apply to promotional price and in peak periods.

Cancellation from the resort
The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the following cases:

• The customer hasn’t paid the balance within 7 days of arrival. In this case, the deposit is not refunded to the customer
• In the event of force majeure such as a natural disaster or an unexpected situation that threatens the customer’s life and health, the resort is liable to reimburse the full amount the customer had paid

Check-in time is 14h00, and check-out time is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• Early check-in before 14h00/15h00 will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Early check-in before 8h00 will be charged 100 % of the room rate.
• Late check-out from 11h00/12h00 to 18h00 will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out from 18h00 will be charged 100% of the room rate.

Vietnamese law governs the relationship between the customer and the resort, and the Courts of Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to them.
